Consolidation & Mixed Container Shipping

Small quantities from multiple suppliers, coordinated into one shipment.

Mixed procurement can make sense when a project needs many categories but not a full container from each factory. CIM coordinates the China-side handoffs.

01

01 · Submit BOQ or material list

The buyer shares quantities, specifications, destination and target timing.

02

02 · Split the categories

CIM separates the package into suitable supplier groups and identifies missing information.

03

03 · Source suitable suppliers

Each category is matched and compared with the project requirement—not forced into one factory.

04

04 · Coordinate production

Samples, confirmations, production timing and delivery to the consolidation point are followed.

05

05 · Consolidate and check

Goods are gathered and agreed checks of quantity, packing and visible condition are coordinated. Inspection scope is confirmed case by case.

06

06 · Load and ship

Products are combined for container loading where practical, with packing and shipment coordination through the agreed logistics arrangement.
